BE6H-M5 supports Vmware 8, but you need to upgrade the CIMC version to be compatible with Vmware 8 and also ensure that the applications running support Vmware 8.
If you have valid support contract for this hardware which include the Vmware part number covered, then you will be able to place an order for Vmware upgrade license from MCE portal
https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/edelivery
If not use the part which @Carlo Poggiarelli mentioned and place an order.

Hi,
On ccw you can find the SKU VMW-VSP- followed by EPL (Enterprise Pluse) or STD (Standard) edition but it's for upgrade to Version 8 not 7.
Please let me know

Do you have any additional vSphere features like vCenter Server or vSphere Data Protection?

Moved your post over to the UCS part of the community as it is not at all related to Collaboration.

A client is interested in upgrading VMware vSphere ESXi from version 6.7.0 to version 7. To facilitate this upgrade could you please provide the necessary SKU(s), to be added to Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) for the acquisition of VMware licenses?

If you have a real VMware license, then upgrade that license on VMware.com.
