UCS 3160 RAID Configuraton Error

Got a standalone UCS 3160 with 60 4TB drives that is going to be used for mostly video storage.  Has the Cisco 12GB SAS RAID card with 4GB Flash.  Trying to create a RAID aray through the IMC with 40 of the drives.  Will allow for 30 of the drives, but when I go above that I get the error.  Firmware is all up to date. 

Get the following error.

Error: r-type: RAID
controller: SLOT-MEZZ
virtual-drive: -1
command-status: Input parameters are invalid

Hi,

first of all, double check the info in the Cisco UCS C3160 Rack Server, pg. 37 and 40.
