It seems like you might be facing connectivity issues between your computer and the Cisco UCS Manager. Here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot this issue:

1. Verify that your computer is on the same network as the Cisco UCS Manager. Check your IP address and subnet mask to ensure you're on the same network segment. If not, you may need to adjust your computer's IP settings or connect to a different network.

2. Check the physical connections between the UCS chassis and the switch. Ensure that all cables are securely connected and in good condition. You mentioned an amber blinking light on the chassis for the network; this might indicate a connection issue.

3. Verify that the switch has the correct VLANs and trunking configuration to allow communication between your computer and the UCS Manager. If you're not sure about this, you may need to consult with your network administrator.

4. Ensure that the UCS Manager IP address is correctly configured on the chassis. You can do this by connecting to the Fabric Interconnect (FI) using a console cable and checking the IP settings. Here's an example of how to do this:

a. Connect the console cable to the FI console port and your computer.
b. Open a terminal emulation program (e.g., PuTTY) and configure the correct COM port settings (usually 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and no flow control).
c. Press Enter to access the FI command-line interface (CLI).
d. Enter the following command to check the current IP settings: `show interface mgmt 0`
e. If the IP address is incorrect, you can change it using the following commands:
```
scope interface mgmt 0
set ip x.x.x.x netmask y.y.y.y
set gateway z.z.z.z
commit-buffer
```

5. Temporarily disable any firewalls or security software on your computer that might be blocking access to the UCS Manager. This can help you determine if the issue is related to a security setting.

6. Try accessing the UCS Manager using a different web browser or computer to rule out any issues specific to your current setup.

If you're still unable to access the UCS Manager after trying these steps, you may need to contact Cisco Technical Support for further assistance.
