Installed UCS Central 1.2e using ovf in VM Center. Can only register 1 domain. Of course this a network issue, or is it? Will a successful install include the ability to ping all UCS domains/subnets from the UCS Central CLI? Has anyone tested this? I am now considering installing UCS Central on a different VM subnet/VLAN and testing, but your answer here will save us some hours. Thank you.

Continuous communications between UCS Central and all subordinate UCS domains
require permit read/write access on the following ports:
LOCKD_TCPPORT=32803
MOUNTD_PORT=892
RQUOTAD_PORT=875
STATD_PORT=32805
NFS_PORT="nfs"(2049)
RPC_PORT="sunrpc"(111)
HTTPS_PORT=”https”(443)

Thank you. We will try that. Lee

Ports listed did turn out to be the main issue. Issue #2 was that one of the domains was not supported -- too early a firmware release. That will be updated. Thank you for your input and timely response.
