UCS Central lost visibility of UCS Manager

Old neglected DEV environment.  Not on support, so no TAC case possible.
UCS Central 2.0(1r)
UCS Manager 4.2(3i) on 6248UP pair

I found how to recreate the certs in CLI for Central and Manager and did that.
I found how to set the shared secret in CLI for Central and Manager and did that.
I believe the time in Manager is controlled by a policy in Central, but since they haven't spoken in so long the time is probably off.  When using Show Clock, they don't even use the same time zone (Central is EST, Manager is UTC).

In Cental, when navigating to Equipment -> Domains and then picking the domain, I still have the error "Domain is in a Suspended, Lost Connectivity or Lost Visibility state. Some actions will be disabled due to this." and below that is the overall status of "Lost Visibility".

What do you recommend for getting this domain talking to the UCS Central system again?  Thanks.

Check if you are affected by bug CSCwn02373: UCS Central: UCSM Synchronization Issue/Manual Inventory Refresh Stuck  . To fix apply the workaround Cisco UCS Central Troubleshooting Reference Guide: Refreshing the Inventory

I would strongly recommend you 

  • Set Central and UCSM to the same time zone and NTP servers. 
  • Manually sync time on both Central and UCSM.
