UCS configuration at DR site

Hello Guys!!

I have a question about UCS blade configurations at DR site that I am going to build some time next year.

We have 20 blade servers across 4 chassis at protected site and 20 blade servers across 4 chassis at DR site as well. So, my question do we need to have the blade in same slots and chassis at both or is it okay if they are in different slot and chassis for replication on the ESXi layer (SRM).

Hi @vtaniparth,

slot ID of blade doesn't matter as ESXi won't consider that in any operation (HA,DRS,SRM).
