I have seen a few of my customers wanting to go to the new version of UCS 3.1(1e).
Does anyone have any feedback regarding this, anything I should look for when doing this upgrade?

Hi Mark,
I would go through the release notes in this version and make sure all the hardware is supported.

Under the Section labeled: Depreciated Hardware and Third Party Adapters No Longer Supported in Cisco UCS Manager
