Hello:
We have Cisco UCS v 2.2(6e) with VMware vSphere 5.5U2 on top. We plan to use pVLAN (Isolated) in UCS in conjunction with Distributed (not standard) vSwitch in vSphere.
Is it fully supported?
Because in prevous versions of UCS it wasn't
Thanks in advance

Hello
No.
We had to use a software-only solution as the pVLAN deployment unfortunately was not supported for the Nexus 7k we were using while interacting with vSphere 5.5 dVS and UCS B200 M4.

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response.
if i may ask, what was the software solution?
we have had Cisco Nexus 1000v setup with isolated pvLANS & got it working, but have had issues and so we wanted to move away from the 1000v to a VMware vDS.
Thanks
