On a ucs b260 is the scalability terminator required for power up (post)?

Greetings.
For a non-paired B260M4 configuration, you need the Scalability terminator, UCSB-EX-M4-2SC=
Without it being installed, the CIMC on the server will not power up, and discovery of the blade will not happen.
UCSB-EX-M4-4SC= is the part ID to connect the pair of B260M4s, becoming the B460M4 unit.
