Unable to ping Esxi

I have installed a UCS 220 M5 and have added ip address for CIMC and ESXi - both in same subnet. However, I can only be able to ping and access CIMS but not ESXi its trunk ports.

Can anyone assist, please?

Share the configuration from ESXi and Switch side. thinking some misconfiguration related to VLAN or vSwitch.

Make sure you set up the network interface : ( allowed respected VLAN).

Check to make sure the virtual NICs on the ESXi hosts are in promiscuous mode to get the networking up.
