I need to upgrade a UCS C220 M3 to the latest release 3.0(4s) but the current version 3.0(4i) uses adobe flash so I need to know the steps to upgrade via SSH instead of the browser and KVM

I saw this but the upgrade file is an all in one ISO file and the docs are showing bin files

From the docs, I can upgrade using the ISO or I can extract the files for the BIOS and CMIC into separate bin files and upgrade separately. However, if I choose to upgrade using the ISO file via TFTP the upgrade process shows INVALID_FILE_EXTENSION
