I need to upgrade the CIMC for UCS C240 M3S2 but cannot find the correct file that needs to be uploaded via the webclient.
Please help?

Are you trying to upgrade as a standalone server or UCSM?

Hi Virtual,
To upgrade your C-Series server in stand alone mode you would need to run the Host Upgrade Utility (HUU). You stated your server was a C240 I have included the link below to download the software files:
From here you would choose which CIMC version you would want to upgrade to and download that ISO file.
Now depending on which version you are currently on the upgrade guide would vary below is different version guides. Below is a link to all HUU upgrade guides for all CIMC versions:
Following these steps would help upgrade your CIMC server to completion.
However, if this C-Series server is integrated within UCS Manager the steps would be a bit different.
You would need to download the file from the UCS C-Series Manager section (link is below) and pick the respective UCS firmware version.
