virtual drive info option is missing.

In UCS C240 M4, trying to create a raid setup. but "virtual drive info" option was missing. Only option available is "Clear boot drive"

what may be reason ?

You have the HBA and not the RAID controller. MRAID12-G you can create RAID, SAS12GHBA is only for JBOD.
