Hi everyone.
I have a a M5 server with recent bios from late 2020, but cannot launch the vKVM from inside Linux RHEL Firefox 78.
I get a blank popup window with URL about:blank, no errors.
Note this was working from Chrome on Windows, but now the server is very remote and all I have is a Xvnc session on a RHEL 8 server to launch a browser.
I understand it just needs a HTML5 browser, so I believe it should work?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
James

Installed CentOS8 VM in the lab with Firefox 78.
Was able to open HTML KVM from a C220 M4 on CIMC version 4.0(2f).
Dug around and found a C240 M5 on CIMC version 3.1(3g) and was also able to open the HTML KVM.
Did you allow the pop-up window from the CIMC IP address within Firefox?

Hi Steven, yes popups are enabled, it was blocked the first time.. the popup shows, it's just white background, with the "about" url.
Does it need any firewall holes other than tcp-443?
The certs are self signed (from what I can see), so there was a warning in Firefox when I first logged into the console. I had to add an exception in Firefox to proceed.
The CentOS client (and server) doesn't have any internet connectivity, including DNS, but assume that's not a problem.

Yes, 2068 is required for KVM.
