I am getting the following message on one of multiple B480s with 1340/1380 mezzanine cards. All blades have the same host firmware package. Downgrading/Upgrading did not help. Running version is 4.2(3a). I did not see this in the release notes.

I am guessing you might be hitting the bug below.

Please follow the step below and check if the issue is getting resolved or not.
1. Power off the host.
2. Reset the CIMC.
3. Power on the host.

Thank you for the quick response. Looks to be my issue. Will need to schedule an outage.

Dan did you have time to reboot and see if it cleared? Running into the same issue on the same version.

I have not been able to reboot at this time. Pending a CM window.
