i have installed windows 2008 R2 on a B440 M2 and having issues with the network. not able to ping even the default gateway or any other servers on the same network/vlan
an esx server in the same VLAN works fine.
i know this is only partial information, but was wondering if there was some config off the top that i am missing
p.s. my chassis has the palo card

The most common issue I see in this instance is that the servrice profile associated with Windows does not have the associated vlan marked as native.
- Confirm the service profile has the appropiate vlan
- Confirm the vlan is marked as native
- Can the windows OS ping other hosts on the same subet in the same UCS chassis
- Is there an impact if you force traffic over fabric A or B.
