XC210c M7 mezzanine card equivalent to B200M3/M4 - VIC 1340

I am looking to spec XC210C M7 node equivalent mezzanine card to the VIC 1340 on the B200M4/m4

any idea which one I should be using?

◦    Cisco UCS VIC 15231 modular LAN on Motherboard (mLOM), two-port, 2x100Gbps

◦    Cisco UCS VIC 15420 mLOM, four-port, 4x25Gbps

◦    Cisco UCS VIC 15422 mezzanine, four-port, 4x25Gbps

also I am upgrading to the 9108 UCSX Chassis with the 6536 FIs. 

Currently I am using 5108 Chassis with IOM 2204 - 2 links per IOM (4 links per chassis) to the UCS 6248P (40GB per Chassis)

For the new config: I plan to use UCS 9108 Chassis - not sure IOM (4 links per chassis) to 6536

which IOM do I use 

Cisco UCS 9108 100G or

Cisco UCS 9108 25G?

Assuming I will be using 4 links per chassis, if I use Cisco UCS 9108 25G, do I get 100GB per chassis?
