Hi All these users had issues like CTI control in the device profile and under phone are not ticked. after that CTI control box were ticked under device profile, phone, user profile and adding the device to rmcm user. Resolved the issue.Plz check all...
Thanks for ur post here Jeff....I had a similar issue where one the user had test.admin as her end user name and test as UPCUtest and her softphone didnt came up at all...but after matching her name now it works...Great Post.
RohanThanks for your reply...yesterday I did changed the integration ID (not name) to make sure both server has the same number. and gave a reboot to the server and it resolved the issue.Thank you very much for your help.RegArvind
