I won't use VSS. I will set just a simple LACP Portchannel on the 6500 with 2 interfaces, one to each Nexus. The vPC will be configured just on the Nexus. I was wondering if there could be any problem in this scenario.

Guys, I found the solution.. MTU 1406 and TCP MSS Adjust 1338 the problem most affecting was on the data transfer not on voip communication...
