I've run into strange issue while setting up GRE tunnel between CSR1000v and R881-K9. The tunnel is locally up without " keepalive" but endpoints can not ping each other via tunnel IP.

I've tried and the closest thing was "copy license" command.
However, when I set community string group network-operator, somehow the network OpManager could show the running config.
So I wonder, is it a vulnerability of NXOS...
