User uses her IPhone to call Unity VM. She is able to enter ID (vm box#) and PIN without issue. But, she is unable to use the options menu once listening to a message, (3 delete, 2 save, ect). Any thoughts?????
Great ideas i will test configure the pressing a digit to leave a message. And instruct user on deleting message before hearing it. I also found some information on calling into Unity remotely using WiFi calling having this issue

I found by removing the area code and prefix (xxx)xxx from route group Cube. I really appreciate your assistance here. Tested and confirmed. All 10 digits of original caller are now passing through to the fwd number.
