Thank you for all your help guys. Just an update. It was found that there was another HP switch in between the 2950 and the 2811. The EIGRP packets were being dropped at that level, so we removed the HP and everything came up. Sorry for the fired...

Thank you for the reply. I tried the command and then shut/no shut the port. Unfortunately the polycom still gives a dial tne when the far end hangs up first. Any other troubleshooting steps that I am missing? Thanks again for the help.tom
