Never mind, just fixed it by enabling: Class of service > Class of Service > Choose your COS > Enable "Allow Users to Use the Web Inbox and RSS feds"

We fixed the issue, a FW was blocking port 7400, once we open the port, the issue was resolved. Thanks!

Hello Yu,I think that last test you can go ahead is to upgrade the DSPware... How? By upgrading the IOS to a newer version... The "show dsp group all" shows state as failed which is not good... So maybe you can test upgrading IOS and DSPware, then yo...
