Looking for direction if possible on using the Finesse 12.5 Agent Desktop Chat Icon and have pressing that ICON generate a Microsoft Teams Chat ??

We are trying to inbtergrate Unity 4.05 with a Serial SMDI link off a centrex switch. We get integration but can't seem to light the Message Waiting lights on the phones.

Is diversion config missing??I was curious where or how the number gets changed in the sip profile. You mention xxx and att loopback, but don't see them in your example. Would greatly appreciate to see the full example as I am having ATT calls reject...
