HiThank you for your reply,i have another issue.In my CUIC i cant see "Report Definition" option on left hand side pane(please see the attached screen cap) ,why is that I'm using UCCX premium license for licensing model.Thank you

something is not clear here,does your internet link terminated to switch or the FW.?from where you are trying to do ping ?from switch or from FW ?my optimal olution is ,connect your internet link directly to your fortinet,and put your public IP pool ...

you can add a PBR with destination tracking enabled and macth this PBR with ACL matching your destination IP's and apply the PBR on your LAN interface
