importing HRC report templates to CUIC

We have upgraded our UCCX version 8.5 to version 9.X,in earlier version we used Historical reporting client (HRC) for reporting and now we are planning to use CUIC for reporting. Can i use HRC report templates with new CUIC web reporting tool?,we have some custom created report templates in HRC

Hi

No - you can use the SQL procedures that were used with HRC, but you will need to create new CUIC templates (using CUIC Premium) and export/import those into UCCX.

Thank you for your reply,i have another issue.

In my CUIC i cant see "Report Definition" option on left hand side pane(please see the attached screen cap) ,why is that I'm using UCCX premium license for licensing model.

UCCX includes CUIC Standard, even if the UCCX is 'Premium'.

YOu need a standalone CUIC Premium server to create report defs and new templates.
