I did a quick search of Cisco's site but I did not find anything. Personally, I have not done this setup before but I will do a quick setup in the lab to confirm. I'll let known the outcome.
Have you tried Multilink interface?I.e. 1.Create a Virtual multilink Interface.2. Assign brige-group to multilink interface3. Apply rtp header compression on interface4. Assign bridge group to physical interface.This should work, in theory.
