Cisco Ap not join WLC 3504

Dear TeamWe have installed WLC 3504 (software version 8.5.140.0) and AP model-C 9105AXI-E. Cannot join the AP for this controller can you please support what's issue is not join. need to be upgrade controller?Thanks
