Thanks again Roger, I guess we could test and see what happens if we chose ipPhone (not used in AD) ,.. to see if that would actually overwrite the existing value.. otherwise it looks like we need to have AD cleaned up.

Hi Denise,All working now,. I had been trying to use the link in a new XML file I had created. I tried the link in the Embedded web gadget and its working fine now.Thanks again for your adviceJon
