try the following static (DMZ,Inside) 192.168.1.0 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0where 192.168.1.0 is the real IP address of the dmz network, mind that will show the DMZ network to the inside network.let me know if it helped

Ok 1 st from console do a "crypto key generate rsa modulus 512"to generate the rsa keys, afterwards do a wr mem and try to ssh the inside IP address.Also activate logging on the PIX and look at the logs for more information should the key generation ...
can you please let us know in what interface is acl 103 applied ? I think you should have a statement permiting pop3 from host 13.255.237.117 but 1st I would like to know where the acl is applied and if you have IOS firewall.PS - Never post real IPs
