Since we are only able to enter hostname without the FQDN, then under CUCM GUI -- System -- Servers it would only show the hostname.

After engaging TAC, it was determined that this behavior was due to a bug. If the UCCX backup failed, it would lock the database and hence no changes were reflected in UCCX. Thanks,Farhan
