Multiple Call Pickup Groups

Hi All,

I am trying to configure the following:

I have the 3 groups of DNs GroupA (7 DN), GroupB (10 DN) and GroupC (2 DN).

GroupA and GroupB should be able see calls coming into member DNs and be able to pick them up. This is accomplished with Pickup Group.

GroupC should be able to see incoming calls to GroupA and GroupB and should be able to pickup the calls. GroupC should not be seeing calls coming into it's member DNs. How can we accomplish this?

You could look into using "Directed Call Pickup".
