Good Day . i have a linksys voip adapter. Model SPA3102 . The problem i am having is the when i dial 110 is gives me an IP address . But when i enter the address on my browser the ip address refuse to connect . I am using windows 10 pro . Please assist

Good morning. I am unclear what you mean by when you dial 110 for the device.

I have located this configuration guide and I'm wondering if it will help you. Otherwise, can you clarify what you meant by dialing 110 to get the IP. Maybe try http instead of https?

Thank you for the reply . To obtain an ip address for the linksys voip adapter i need to press the star button 4 times on my phone keypad and then a voice prompts ask me to dial 110# whereby the ip address will be read out . I then type the ip address on my browser to enter the linksys configuration menu . But the problem is that the ip address does not connect or it says this site cannot be reached . The steps i am following is from the Linksys quick installation guide book the came with the phone adapter

Have you configured Linksys SPA3102? what you mean by dialing 101
