No ring tone

Dear All,

Can anyone help me how on ring tone issue while sometime i cannot get ring tone and some time can properly.

I have compare call trace with 2 differrent call with same gateway, same setting.

Here is my dial-peer setting detail

Can you check if in your config are present these commands?

voice call send-alert
no voice call carrier capacity active
voice rtp send-recv


voice service voip
h323
h225 progress-indicator local-ringback

Can you add full config?

Can you add the output of "debug voice ccapi inout"?

If I correctly understand the trace the "proceeding response" doesn't have a PI indicator.

Try to add "tone ringback alert-no-pi" command.
This command is used to generate automatic ringback for the caller when no Progress Indicator (PI) alert has been received over the H.323 network.

I have add this command in my dial-peer and call still not ring tone.
