Just had to field a call with a client and this was the reason.
when you dial 398 to get to the system configurator, you are prompted to enter your password. You enter your password but nothing happens. The prompt "should" tell you to enter your password then press #
when you press the # button you can then proceed.
this happens on version 2.2.2(1) on my UC320 and the clients.

This has always been the case.
It would be nice if it could get fixed.
We always give written instructions to our customers that instruct them to dial # after the password.

Thank you for the feedback. I opened a defect to have the English Auto Attendant prompt be updated to include "enter password followed by the # key".
