Dear all,

Kindly need your help. I've question about Integration between BE3000 and Microsoft Outlook. Actually my customer ask me whether they can call people on the conctact list (in outlook) directly from Microsoft Outlook. Is it possible to do that on BE3000? Because as far as I know it will need presence server that connected (siptrunk) with call manager.

Thank You,

Best Regards,

BE3000 supports click to call from Outlook and other MS Applications. You need to download Click to Call application (Widget) from CCO and install on laptop/PC.

We do not officially support Presence integration between Outlook and hosted Webex service. That is something that we are planning to validate from a solution perspective and document it.

What kind of Presence Server and client are you using?

Thanks

Hi sanjay,

Thankyou very much sanjay, You're correct. Now I can using click to call widget in outlook also in word.

But the problem is after I click the number the pop-up appear ask me about certificate. (Image attached)

I've try to install that certificate to Trusted root certification authorities but there's no change and still appear that pop-up. Do you know how can I resolve this problem?

Actually now I'm not using precense server in my client. I'm only using BE3000 with SPA8800 as a voice gateway.

You need to install BE3k certificate on the computer that is running the application. You can get the BE3K certificate by exporting it through the browser, that you are using to access the UI.

Pl. follows the Instructions below to import the certificate :

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupa/click_to_call/8.0/english/install/guide/deploy.html#wpxref47175

Thanks
