When callers call they are answered by the auto-attendant(AA). The AA plays a greeting such as " Thank you for calling...". The callers here "...for calling...", the beginning gets clipped everytime. If I call the AA internally, the problem does not happen. Is there a work around or fix for this? This is on a UC560. Thanks!
William.

Do you have FXO? if yes what's config on them, some CLID setting?
An easy workaround is to prefix a silent two seconds to the opening prompt. Or you can edit and add it programmatically.

Hi William,
Where does the "callers" call from - FXO, T1, SIP, Multisite?
Best regards,
Alex

What is the version of the Software pack - IOS, CME and CUE? Is the pri on the same UC or it is coming over multisite?
Could you share some config and debug?
Is this happening on mobile phones or also on landline calls?
Does this happen when you call the other internal phones?
BR,
Alex
