When trying to install the Cisco Smart Toolbar (in order to restore TAPI to my LOB application), I get the following error upon launching the installer;
"Cisco Smart Call Connector Server is detected in your system. This product is not compatible with smartcall connector server."
I have uninstalled everything Cisco I can find from the control panel, except the CCA. I then deleted all the folders from c:\Program Files, rebooted and I still get the install error above. It might be residue in the registry - that's my only guess.
Or is it something in the UC-540 or in the CCA?
Any ideas appreciated.

Would you please go to google, search and download Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.exe and try to run this app to remove SCC Server?
