Cisco 508G oneway audio to Sprint Cell

First time here and wanted to see if anyone has heard of this issue. I have a customer with a Cisco 508G that when they call Sprint Mobile numbers, they get One-way Audio. The Terminating end cannot hear the Originator. It does not matter what FW load is on the Cisco 508G and its only Sprint Mobile. I have changed carriers, phones, deleted and added back. Nothing seems to work.

How is your customer routing calls ? SIP ? PRI/FXO ? Where are these phones registered ? Is there a voice gateway etc ?
