Multiple times in the last week I have had to reboot phones in the network due to a hard lock (menu keys do nothing, etc)
They are running 7.5.4. I have noticed a firmware upgrade is available and plan to do so, but don't want to guess at the source of the issue.

Hi Scott,
Please upgrade the firmware. Sometimes some old version firmware may cause issue while using. So it is better to upgrade the firmware. Please follow the below link to upgrade the firmware.

We have updated the phones on the network to the latest firmware.
I will be monitoring the client for any issues this week.
