What is required to enable mobility on the UC500, such as enabling BlackBerry/Nokia users? I only found info on the CUMC with CME, but cannot find any info or app notes on using CUMC with UC500. Do I need separate CUMA server?

As far as I know, you can only do SNR (single number reach) with the UC500 and that is only available in 7.1.
This link does not list CME or the UC500 as compatible with CUMC.

The Basic SNR is in the early adopter pack as mentioned correctly.
There is an more advanced SNR using UCC Server and Mobility (licensed SKUs) on the UC520 as well (compared to basic at this link):

UC500 is not supported with CUMC.
For a demonstration of the built-in SNR feature, please visit:

1. Does the built in SNR require additional phone license or does it require only 1 license (for the single desk/soft phone) per user?
2. Is it possible to use the Nokia Call Connector with UC500?

1. No.
2. Yes. you need:
NOK-SCCP-CME-01 Nokia SCCP License for UC500: single license
or
NOK-SCCP-CME-05 Nokia SCCP License for UC500: 5 license bundle

To use the advanced SNR in UCC, do we need additional user licenses for each additional number it rings? Would there be a difference in license requirements between different types of device (soft phones, hard phones, cellular/land lines etc.)?
Also, for the Nokia software, will I need any additional licenses/servers for it to work with UC500? Or do I just need the Nokia license and configure it much like a soft phone? I can't seem to find any detailed info on it. Are there other license SKUs for different phones, such as Blackberry, Windows Mobile or iPhone?

For UCC mobility, you don't need to purchase any additional license to ring more than 1 extension. I'm not sure I understand your question regarding licensing requirements between different types of devices (softphones, hard phones, land lines). The UC500 already includes licensing - I'll let Marcos tackle that portion.

For the Nokia software, you do not need additional licenses on the UC500 side. The phone will appear as any other IP Phone on the system.

But, you cannot use CUMC with a UC500.
