Id love to see an ability to restrict users with a shared extension (one at home and one at work) to a SINGLE dial by name directory entry.
It could be as simple as a checkbox. For example:
[ ] List in dial-by-name directory.
The current recommended solution, to use a fake name, is silly and not representative of Cisco's status in the channel..
