Hi all,
We've got a Cisco IP Phone SPA504G that keeps flashing the envelope sign (for voicemail) and the right light is lit on the top of the phone.
I've logged into Cisco unity express to check if that particular extension has got any voicemail on it. However, there are 0 messages for that phone.
I've attached the pic of the phone with the envelope sign that keeps flashing constantly.
Does anyone know how to turn this feature off?
So far, we've tried to factory reset the phone. Still doesn't seem to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vignesh - Can you try the command mwi refresh all from CUE?

Hi Terry,
Fixed the issue.
Logged into Cisco Unity Express.
Voicemail -> Message Waiting Indicators -> Refresh.
Select the extension number and refresh.
All good now.
