Firmware version: 2.0.6_10
A. Description
- If a call is coming from SIP trunk, while pressing "pickup" and then seeing the original calling party Caller ID and press dial, it will hear busy tone.
- This won't happen while the call is from internal or from FXO ports
B. Reproduce Steps
- Make a call from external, calling to SIP trunk phone number
- The call is routed to phone A as configured. Phone A doesn't answer the call.
- Phone B press "pick up" soft key
- Enter extension of phone A, press "dial"
- external phone number display on screen , eg. "2112 1234", without any external pre-digits.
- Press dial
- Phone B hear busy tone
C. Notes.
The bug usually does not exist at the first time we test right after the system reboot. But it comes out after some other feature are conduct on the phone

Let us state it in more details as follow;
The pickup problem can be reproduce as follow;
- Caller ring-in to UC320 by SIP trunk
- Extension A answer call and then transfer to extension B, extension B answer call then hangup normally
- Another caller ring-in to the system by SIP trunk
- Nobody can pickup that call (group pickup or direct call pickup)
Please note that the problem is only affected on external call, but there is no pickup problem on internal extension call at this time of period. We are not sure whether it may also occur on analog trunk or not as we have no installed with FXO gateway.
Attached with system configuration file and packet capture for your reference. Hope if any person can fix the problem or share with any idea / comment, thanks for your support.
