Having issues getting SIP working . I setup using SMART designs, but still have an issue. The network topology is voice routing only. The LAN side of the UC320 is working well for both wireless/LAN 192.168.0.0 and VOIP 10.1.1.0.
I have set the WAN port up with 10.1.2.2/30 with a gateway 10.1.2.1/30 and the ISPs DNS. Using the in built ping test I can ping both IP addresses and FQDN so there is connectivity, but the SIPs wont register. The debug log

The UC320 work when directly connected to the internet. Any tips would be great

Hi Stephen,
I see you are using a private address for the WAN of the UC320W. Under Status -> Support Tools -> Logs enable SIP logs for your SIP trunk. You may have to wait a few minutes but you should see an outgoing SIP REGISTER message and hopefully some sort of response to the REGISTER message. If not, suggest looking at the edge router to see if you have SIP ALG enabled or there are any SIP logs being generated on that device.
You could also try enabling NAT keepalive on the SIP trunk page of the UC320W.
Hope this helps.

Hi Stephen,
The registration failed. You may want to turn on the debugs at gateway to find out the reason.
Regards,
Wendy
