I have 12 pstn lines coming to my UC 500.
out of these 4 lines are from PBX. Now whenever i make a call to outside i want the line connected at port say 0/3/0 should be used first, the the line at port 0/2/0 should be used secondly. I have to give preference to the fxo ports. Kindly help me in this case..

There is a preference value under the dial-peer which allows you to do this. In CCA, I think the dial-peer preference is configured under the trunk group, but I'd have to open CCA to verify exactly where that is set. The feature was added to CCA 2.0, though.

You can do this in CCA under Outgoing Dial Plan or in CLI by using the "preference" command on your dial peers such as:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destiation-pattern 9T
port 0/1/0
dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern 9T
preference 1
port 0/1/1
The default preference is 0 and a lower preference means a higher priority. In the case above, calls are sent first to port 0/1/0 and then to port 0/1/1.
Hope this helps.
