Hello,
one of our customers hast this one question:
We use the UC320 phone system and a couple of SPA525G phones. The phone software and the menu give a couple of options to suppress our caller ID in specific outbound calls, but neither does work. Our number is shown to the recipient all the time.
Any hint or advise on how to actually make a per call CLID work? That would be awesome.
Thanks a lot!
Regards

Nobody is helping because you've not given any information. Software versions and PSTN connectivity type are very important. It could be your carrier isn't allowing suppression of CLI, but without you telling us who the carrier is and how you connect to them, we can't possibly say.

Hello Steve,
thank you for reply.
Sorry - here are the informations:
Software Version on UC is 2.3.3.
It's on a 4 channel ISDN mediatrix via SIP.
Carrier is T-Com.
We can only generally enable or disable CLID but no only for one call.
The phones have the Option but the UC320 dont make it.
Is there any Option to make this possible?
