Hi all!
I have several faxes with SPA8800, four of them are Canon L900 (are old models) and with all of them I can not receive any fax.
I am doing some test and I think that the problem is with the ring tone duration. By default, there are two short rings and I think that if I could change that to a one long ring, the fax will be works.
Is there any possibility to change that behaviour?
I have a BE3000 with 8.6.3 and a CUBE for voice calls.
Into the cube I change DDI to a internal number extension and forward to BE3000
Regards.

Which mode of fax have u configured on SPA8800? Is it g711 passthrough or T.38.
There is no configuration to change ring timer. I am not sure if the problem is because of that.
Please send traces from BE3K.
It will be good if you can upgrade to 8.6.4 build of BE3K, before recreating it.
Thanks

Hello Sanjay,
I am using g711 passthrough but is not the problem because the fax never off hook the call,
What kind of traces will be good?
I can't upgrade because I am using a country pack that is not present in 8.6.4

To collect trace, please go to BE3K Dignostic Page, Enable Traces, make the fax call, Disable traces, and collect logs for the specific time period over which the call is made, download it to your desktop and send it across.
Thanks
