Problems with calling from within Voicemail

When I get a voice-mail and after listening to a message I press 8 for more options and then 2 to call that person - the call will fail everytime becuase there is no 9 in front of it.. how can make it work to call the person after listening to voicemail?

Hi Paul,

There is a bug open where if you try to return a call from a call log (missed call, recieved call), the call fails because we need the outside trunk steering digit.  This same problem also applies to voicemail call return as you have found.  Engineering is working on a solution but will take some time.
