Shared Line with different ring settings

Hi, I am new to this site so i hope this is the correct location..

I have a customer with a uc560 that has a shared line (Extension 100) amongst 10 phones. The customer wants them shared so she can see the call when its on hold from both of her locations (There are two secretaries). So far no issies...Here is the tricky part....She wants extesnion 100 to RING on the two secretary's phones but be a silent alert on all the other phones....Problem is, when I set a phone with this shared extension to silent ring, it changes it for all phones....

Does anyone have any suggestions on this? I tried individual lines with a blast group to all the lines (So they can set ring parameters on a per line basis) and it worked but we lost the ability for the two secretaries to see tha call status and but the calls on hold....

Any suggestions or thoughts?

You should be able to configure each phone invidually for the ring desired.

Note: to simply to monitor lines do not use shared lines. Use w button or blf-speed-dial instead.
